The complete renovation of a derelict farmhouse from the ground up. New stone walls were built on the outside using traditional craftsmanship in Waft stone. The whole operation was fully project managed by us, including all Building Regulation compliance, materials and first fix.

Hardwood window and doors blended into the stone walling and the floor to ceiling glass panes in the extension provided natural light into the interior of the farmhouse.

The second fix services and tradesmen were all personally chosen by us to deliver a high-quality finish while working expertly around the traditional features of chimney breasts and fireplaces. The challenge of making a new extension look like part of a traditional building has been achieved with style. So much so, that the clients remain our good friends to this day.
