This was a major project to renovate a very run-down and out of date property and to build an extension integral garage. The whole house was gutted from top to bottom and the entire frontage was removed completely and rebuilt in local Stancliffe stone for a touch of luxury.

The white window and doorframes, fascia boards and guttering add a modern feel to the looks of this traditional stone-built house, blending it in elegantly with the older established homes in the village.

The clients have been particularly pleased with the end result and feel that we have achieved the objective of making a modern but outdated property, look like a classically built stone property that blends-in well in its village setting and will never look out of date. We project managed the whole job for them, with no problems at all.
