Huckle & Son’s first property development project. We purchased the land containing an old derelict Bakery and then had to deconstruct and remove the old buildings. Working alongside an expert Architect, we designed this exceptional three bedroomed house with an integral garage.
The neo-classical arch and column front entrance was emphasised by the keystone featured lintels above the ground floor windows. Light and space flooded into the upstairs bedrooms through the stylish dormer windows.
The herring-bone brickwork design under the gable roofline adds character and a grand style to an otherwise simple rectangle property. Internally, this provides maximum benefit to its occupants who can utilise the full floorspace of every room.
